Comet listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1994. The Company discovered and completed evaluation of the Ravensthorpe Nickel Project which was developed by BHP Billiton. In 2001 Comet sold its final equity to BHP Billiton and returned $32 million to shareholders. The Company is now exploring mineral properties in Western Australia and New South Wales.
